The Galuwa Recreation Centre provides much needed recreational facilities for the Lanecove community. The new facilties provides four indoor multi-purpose sports courts, as well as various hospitality offerings.

Providing the Lanecove community a much needed upgrade to their sporting and recreational facilities
The project involved the supply and installation of approximately 500 tonnes of structural steel and purlins, within a site constrained by tight access and complex logistics. To manage this, our team developed a detailed sequencing strategy early, involving working from the far end of site to the entrance in order to not box ourselves or other trades in – aligning drafting, fabrication and just-in-time deliveries multiple times a week to support a smooth, uninterrupted install.
Through early planning, constant coordination and close collaboration with ADCO and other trades, works were delivered methodically and efficiently, ensuring the site continued to operate safely and effectively.
